TERMS
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Tamze website and the general basis on which we provide our services. Any specific project we take on is also governed by a separate written agreement or proposal for that work; where that agreement and these terms differ, the project agreement controls for that project.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about and enquire about our services. Don’t use it to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with how the site works. The content here is provided for general information.
Pricing and quotes
The prices shown on this site are honest starting prices (“from” a figure) for the smallest real version of a service. They are not a binding offer for every project. Your exact price depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. We aim to keep published prices current, but they may change over time.
Deliverables and exclusive use
We build things for you to use, exclusively. On completion and full payment, you get full, exclusive rights to use the deliverables we produce for you — videos, voice clones, application code, agents, and similar work product — in your business, without limit. We don’t reuse, resell, or repurpose your deliverables for anyone else, and we don’t retain a competing license, subject to any third-party components or licenses noted in your project agreement.
For work with substantial human creative direction — custom application code, for example, where real architectural and design decisions are made by a person — standard copyright protection generally applies to that authorship, and that copyright passes to you as part of the deliverable.
For output generated primarily by AI tools with limited human creative modification — such as a rendered video or a synthesized voice clip — the law is less settled. As of 2026, U.S. courts and the Copyright Office require meaningful human authorship for copyright protection, so purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright by anyone. In practice, this doesn’t change what you get: we assign you every right we’re legally able to assign, we never assert a competing claim, and we won’t use your deliverables anywhere else. But for AI-generated portions specifically, formal copyright ownership may be legally unresolved rather than held by either of us.
We may retain the right to describe the work at a general level and to reference it as experience, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
When you provide us with materials — including images, text, recordings, or a voice to clone — you confirm you have the right to do so and to let us use them for the agreed work. For voice cloning in particular, we require clear consent from the person whose voice it is; we will not proceed without it.
Payment
Payment terms for a given project are set out in that project’s agreement or invoice. Monthly plans continue until cancelled and, unless stated otherwise, can be cancelled at any time for future periods. One-time builds are billed as agreed for that scope.
Quality and revisions
We human-check every deliverable before it reaches you and include a reasonable revision process defined per project. AI-assisted work is powerful but not infallible; where a task falls outside what the tools can reliably do, we’ll tell you honestly rather than overpromise.
