Do I own the cloned voice?
You get exclusive commercial usage rights — the clone and everything it produces for you is for your use alone, with no per-character or per-use fees, and we won't license it to anyone else or reuse it ourselves. Copyright in AI-generated audio is a genuinely unsettled area of law right now (courts require real human creative authorship for copyright to attach, and a synthesized voice clip may not qualify) — practically, that doesn't change what you get: exclusive use, guaranteed by agreement rather than by copyright. The optional $150/month plan is just for us to produce finished audio for you going forward.
